Time to give some love to the Swedes again, with Symbaroum. Ever book released for this game has a beautiful, evocative layout that begs to be read. They are chock full of full page spreads of gorgeous art, wrapped in super flavorful text.
They're those kinds of books where you want to get to the next page just to see it. The attention to detail is magnificent. There's just enough going on to keep your eyes interested, but not too much to distract. They use negative space to their advantage to pull you from text to image back to text.
I mean, really; it's just a masterwork.
